27 candidates have been admitted to the voting. Every citizen residing in Ukrainewill be able to vote once, supporting from 1 to 9 candidates.

Based on the results of the voting, the candidates who receive the highest number ofvotes will become members of the Council. The counting of votes and the formationof the ranking will be carried out automatically. 9 candidates will be elected to theCouncil.
