During a meeting in Lviv, the Head of ARMA Olena Duma and the Head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration Maksym Kozytskyy discussed the prospects of using seized property in the interests of the state. In particular, the introduction of joint measures to use sanatorium and resort facilities for the rehabilitation of military personnel and the feasibility of accounting for the housing needs of temporarily displaced persons in the region, with a view to possibly temporarily providing such persons with seized housing that has been transferred to the management of ARMA.

"We are actively working to implement measures that will allow us to use sanatoriums for the rehabilitation of our military and provide temporary housing for those who were forced to leave their homes. This is an important part of our work aimed at supporting and helping our citizens in difficult times," said Elena Duma.

During the meeting, special attention was paid to the need to deepen cooperation with law enforcement agencies in the framework of developing mechanisms for seizing property in criminal proceedings, which will ultimately contribute to the efficiency of ARMA's work in the field of asset tracing and management.

No. 11009) that provides for the application of a simplified procedure for transferring assets to management based on a decision of the Cabinet of Ministers in the following circumstances

- accommodation of internally displaced persons for the purpose of implementing state social programs of the state;

- including property of sanatorium and resort facilities to meet the needs of the state and rehabilitation of military personnel.
