The Asset Recovery and Management Agency has announced an open auction on Prozorro to select managers for two attractive properties in Odesa, transferred to ARMA for management pursuant to court rulings.

Lot No. 1: Marseille shopping and office centre, area 3,670 sq. m, Nezhynska Street.

Lot No. 2: Central Hotel, area 4,972 sq. m, Preobrazhenska Street.

The properties are conveniently located in the central part of Odesa, fully equipped and ready for management.

The agency invites potential managers – except for the owners of the assets and representatives of the aggressor state – to participate in the open competition. Tender proposals will be accepted until 19 November 2025 (18:00).

Management agreements will be concluded with the winners of the competitions, providing for the preservation of the seized property, its effective operation and the transfer of income to the state budget.
