On the occasion of Constitution Day of Ukraine, the Head of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA), Olena Duma, presented honorary departmental and commendation awards to ARMA staff.

Awards were granted to 24 employees of the central office, 6 representatives of interregional territorial offices, and 9 employees received honorary acknowledgments from the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

In her address to the team, Olena Duma emphasized:

"The strength of the Constitution lies in the people who defend and implement it every day. ARMA is a team of such people: resilient, professional, goal-oriented, and dedicated. Each of you carries a piece of the state, and through your work, you are writing the story of our victory."

The Head of the Agency also underlined the importance of a corporate culture of zero tolerance for corruption and personal responsibility:

"The state is made up of people, and it is the quality of these people that defines the strength of the nation. We are building an institution where each employee embodies constitutional values and the principles of integrity."
