Vehicles were provided to the occupiers: ARMA found the traitors' assets, data was transferred to the SBU

08-07-2024

At the request of the Security Service of Ukraine, the Assets Recovery and Management Agency  (ARMA) identified the assets of individuals and legal entities that carried out illegal economic activities in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, cooperating with the enemy.

The pre-trial investigation established the facts of the systematic provision by individual citizens of Ukraine of vehicles for the transportation of Russian occupation troops, as well as the maintenance and repair of the aggressor's military equipment. All this happened in cooperation with the so-called occupation authorities. In particular, according to the agreements concluded with the Ministry of Defense of the russian federation, the traitors of Ukraine transported military equipment, weapons and other military technical means used by the enemy in the war against Ukraine.

Based on the results of the processing of the SBU request, specialists of the ARMA Asset Detection and Tracing Department established and analyzed information on the beneficial owners and controlled persons, as well as the presence of other assets in their possession.

As a result of a thorough analysis, ARMA found:

  • The authorized capital is more than 600 thousand hryvnias
  • 3 objects of non-residential real estate
  • 3 objects of residential real estate
  • 8 road transport

"Our cooperation with the SBU demonstrates the effectiveness of interdepartmental cooperation in the fight against traitors and collaborators. Anyone who betrayed Ukraine will be deprived of illegally acquired assets and will bear fair responsibility," said ARMA Deputy Pavlo Velikorechanin.

All the necessary materials have already been handed over to the SBU for further action, including the seizure of assets and their further confiscation.
