On August 1, 2017, the National Agency of Ukraine for finding, tracing and management of assets derived from corruption and other crimes and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine signed a Memorandum of Cooperation and Exchange of Information.

Implementation of this Memorandum will facilitate cooperation between the parties in the field of prevention and counteraction to corruption, within agencies' competence.

The provisions of the Memorandum are aimed at analytical activities, information exchange necessary to prevent, вуеусеr and terminate criminal acts of corruption and other corruption-related offenses.

Also, within the framework of the cooperation, the National Agency and the National Bureau agreed to hold consultations, conduct workshops, trainings, internship programs in order to exchange of best practices and setting up an effective system of assets recovery, derived as a result of criminal corruption offenses and other criminal acts.
