The Commission’s meeting was devoted to discussing issues related to the residential complex “Skhidna Brama” (6 residential buildings) and the adoption of the decision of the investigating judge on the transfer of these completed and unfinished construction objects into the management of ARMA.
During the meeting, authorized persons of ARMA informed that an official press briefing of the Head of ARMA is being prepared, at which the conceptual framework on which ARMA will promote the work of the Commission will be made public.
In addition, representatives of the Agency noted that ARMA under no circumstances would make decisions aimed at evicting people from apartments or stopping construction works aimed at completing the construction of residential buildings.
During the meeting, representatives of ARMA stressed that upon making decisions and taking actions, the Agency will primarily be guided by the interests of people (investors) and will coordinate them with the Commission.
