On September 21, 2018 in order to implement measures on transfer of assets into management of the management company and establish a constructive dialogue with asset owners, ARMA employees visited the location of legal entities - owners, according to information contained in the Unified State Register of legal entities and natural persons – entrepreneurs and public formations.
In particular, it is about Odessa Central Department Store (the owner is LLC “BLEK SI RIELTY GROUP”) and the Hotel “Chorne more” (“Zolotyi Bugaz”, the owner is PJSC “Turystychno-vyrobnycha firma “Chorne more”), which were transferred into management of ARMA by the rulings of the investigating judge of Shevchenkivsky district court of the city of Kyiv.
Employees of ARMA, having arrived at the addresses of legal entities - owners of these assets, according to information contained in the Register, and found that these legal entities are not located at the specified addresses.
So, ARMA found that asset owners indicated in the Register inaccurate data on their location, that now makes it impossible to start any dialogue with the owners of the assets.
The absence of a constructive dialogue with owners of assets complicates the interaction of ARMA with third parties, who, in fact, used these assets before the seizure of the property in the criminal proceedings.
The mentioned facts were reported to the procedural controller in a criminal proceeding within which the seizure was imposed and the procedure for storage of above-mentioned material evidences was determined. ARMA also requested the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine to assist in establishing the actual location of the said legal entities (owners of assets).
