Civil servant, lawyer, corruption whistleblower, anti-corruption expert.
In 2002, graduated from the Law Faculty of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a degree in Law.
Started her legal career in 2000 as a legal adviser, which was combined with work at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Parliamentary Committee on Human Rights.
From November 2001 to August 2006, founder and director of the Avers Law Firm.
In 2006, took the oath as a civil servant at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
From August 2006 to December 2007, advisor to the Minister in charge of communications with the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and other state authorities.
From January 2008 to June 2010, advisor to the Minister of Environmental Protection of Ukraine, headed the Legal Department. Coordinated the activities of the State Committee of Land Resources and was a member of the Board of the State Committee of Land Resources.
From September 2010 to February 2011 - Head of the Department for Communications with the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and Coordination of Legislative Work of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
June 2011 – Assistant Consultant to the Member of Parliament of Ukraine.
From July to December 2011 - Deputy Director of the Executive Directorate of the Kyiv City Branch of the Social Insurance Fund for Temporary Disability.
From December 2011 to April 2015, worked at the Department of State Registration of Immovable Property Rights of the State Registration Service of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. As the Director of the Department, was in charge, particularly, for the creation of the State registration system and the State Register of Rights to Immovable Property in line with EU standards. After the successful implementation of the project, was appointed as a Deputy Director of the Department with the functions of controlling compliance with the legislation in the field of state registration of rights to Immovable Property.
From April 2015 to October 2019, Head of Service to the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, Director of the State Property Management Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine.
The author of the Anti-Corruption Plan for Ukraine, in particular in the social, agro-industrial, land and environmental sectors.
In January 2020, was appointed as a Director of the Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine by the Government of Ukraine, and held a position until May 2020.
From February to October 2021, Deputy Head of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration.
Appointed the Head of ARMA by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on 30 June 2023, Resolution No. 579-r.
