Born on August 12, 1961 in Kutaisi, Georgia.

In 1985, graduated from the Faculty of International Law and International Relations of Taras Shevchenko State University of Kyiv with a degree in International Law.

Since 29.05.2015 - President of the UNGO "Taxpayers Association of Ukraine". Vice President of the Taxpayers Association of Europe and Member of the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Business Council. 

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary. PhD in Law (Ukraine, 1991).

On September 05, 2019, received the citizenship of Ukraine by the Decree of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Married, has two children and six grandchildren.
