The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) is taking measures to preserve the investment attractiveness of the strategically important Ovruch Crushed Stone Plant, which has been transferred to the management of the state.
Based on the results of the previously announced tender on Prozorro, LLC Tamerlan-1 was selected as the winner.
According to ARMA Head Olena Duma, the next step will be to discuss the terms of the management agreement with the winner.
“ARMA, for its part, will monitor compliance with the terms of the agreement to ensure effective management of the seized asset so that it brings maximum benefit to the state,” the Head of the National Agency emphasized.
It is worth noting that the company has a special permit for the extraction of red granite, one of the most durable building materials that is actively used in industrial, hydraulic, civil and private construction, valid until 2036. This fact remains important given the need for materials to rebuild the country, which has suffered significant damage as a result of russian aggression.
Therefore, the resumption of this enterprise is extremely important for the country, as the local population will be provided with jobs and the country's budget will receive steady revenues.
