20-11-2025

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency and the International Chamber of Commerce Commercial Crime Services (ICC CCS) have signed an International Interagency Agreement on Partnership and Cooperation.

The document opens a new stage of Ukraine's international cooperation in the field of combating economic crime, financial fraud and illegal asset transfer schemes.

The signed agreement establishes a multi-vector partnership between ARMA and ICC CCS, including:

  • joint research and analytical projects;
  • professional development, experience sharing and consultations;
  • exchange of information in the field of asset finding, tracing and management.

"Cooperation with ICC Commercial Crime Services is a step towards deeper integration into the global anti-corruption ecosystem. In international cases, we must act quickly, professionally and in close coordination with global partners – this is what ensures results for the state," said Yaroslava Maksymenko, Acting Head of ARMA.
