The High Anti-Corruption Court has decided to confiscate an asset belonging to JSC "Nevskaya Kosmetika", namely a 100% share in the authorized capital of PJSC "VinnytsiaPobutkhim".

The ARMA initiated a working meeting with representatives of the State Property Fund of Ukraine to discuss the transfer of "Vinnytsapobutkhim" to the SPFU to implement the HACC decision. Following the meeting, the National Agency sent an official letter to the manager and the Prosecutor General Office, informing them of the start of the process of transferring the asset to the State Property Fund.

We would like to inform you that in 2023, ARMA monitored and controlled the current managers of seized assets and immediately achieved effective results.

The total amount of revenues from LLC " Krytex-Service" (the manager) in the first half of 2023 amounted to only 750 thousand UAH, but in August, almost 8 million UAH was received by the state budget for one month of management. Thus, due to the effective management of the seized asset, ARMA has provided more than 73 million UAH to the state budget in just one year. 

In addition, in order to continue to ensure management revenues until the asset is sold after the HACC decision to nationalize a private joint-stock company with russian connection, the National Agency appealed to the Cabinet of Ministers to support ARMA's initiative to continue managing the asset for the manager, which already provides sustainable revenues to the State Budget of Ukraine.

Currently, according to paragraph 2 of part 3 of Article 21 of the special law on ARMA, the National Agency is terminating the management of the asset and starting the process of transferring the asset to the State Property Fund of Ukraine.

We hope that the SPFU will ensure the sale of the investment-attractive enterprise as soon as possible.
