Asset Recovery and Management Agency submitted a statement to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) requesting a comprehensive verification of the information containing in journalistic material of Ukrainska Pravda.
On its own initiative ARMA applied to NABU with the request to carry out:
- the verification of the facts concerning the circumstances, set out in the journalistic investigation,
- establishing weather there are any connection between the individuals, named in the material and the manager of “KAMparitet”,
- determining whether the ARMA officials maintain any connections with the individuals mentioned in the publication.
For this purpose, ARMA submitted to NABU all documents of the winner of the competitive selection for a detailed verification regarding possible corrupt activity.
At the same time, ARMA stands ready to provide NABU with all additional documents on cases related to this or other managers of seized assets.
Today, a statement was signed and submitted to NABU regarding the verification of all circumstances set out in the journalistic material. At ARMA, everything is conducted through Prozorro, fully documented, and with zero tolerance for corruption. We are ready to provide NABU with all documents without exception and to cooperate fully. Any indications or risks of corruption must be thoroughly verified by law enforcement agencies, as ARMA is a transparent institution. We act decisively and without delay in all matters related to possible violations,” stated the Head of ARMA, Olena Duma.
It is important to note that the company “KAMparitet” had previously participated in ARMA’s competitive selections, but not always successfully. Among the most recent cases:

These facts demonstrate that ARMA applies the same standards to all participants of competitive selections.
At the same time, it should be recalled that there are no legal restrictions preventing the participation of the same legal entity in various competitive selections.
ARMA is committed to ensuring maximum transparency in all procedures.
All competitive selections for the appointment of managers of seized assets are conducted through the Prozorro electronic procurement system, which ensures procedural transparency. In addition, each participant and every stage of the selection process are formally documented.
ARMA closely cooperates with the law enforcement agencies and pursues an internal policy of zero tolerance for corruption. ARMA acts decisively and without delay in all matters concerning possible violations and corruption risks.
Transparency, legality, and efficiency are the three pillars of ARMA’s work. We will uphold these principles under all circumstances.
