Five candidates today presented their vision for the development of ARMA’s internationalcooperation during interviews for positions in the Department of International Cooperation andEuropean Integration. The selection process was chaired by the Head of the National Agency, Olena Duma.
ARMA’s recruitment process includes several key stages: verification of candidates’ compliancewith qualification requirements, assessment of professional competencies, and direct interviewswith the selection committee. The committee includes ARMA Head Olena Duma, her deputies, andheads of relevant departments, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of each candidate.
“Professionalism and integrity are the key requirements for every member of our team. We arebuilding a team of specialists ready to work according to the highest standards and defend nationalinterests. The effectiveness of any public institution is defined by the strength of its personnel,” noted Olena Duma.
Candidates demonstrated knowledge of international practices in managing seized assets andpresented their ideas on strengthening cooperation with ARMA’s foreign partners. The interviewswere conducted by a panel that included the agency's deputy heads and heads of specialized units.
It is worth noting that under the legal regime of martial law, competitive selection procedures forcivil service positions are currently not mandated by law. However, the National Agency maintainsall principles of transparency and openness in its staffing policies.
