The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) is connected to the Unified Whistleblower Reporting Portal.
The Unified Whistleblower Reporting Portal (hereinafter referred to as the Portal) is an information and communication system that has a comprehensive information security system with confirmed compliance with the Law of Ukraine "On Information Security in Information and Communication Systems."
Henceforth, whistleblowers will be able to report the facts of corruption within ARMA that they have witnessed on a special resource.
The system ensures the exchange of whistleblowers data via the Internet, namely the collection, storage, use, protection, accounting, search and summarization of reports and other information from whistleblowers. This includes data on their status, as well as the status and results of their reports consideration.
The portal is one of the tools for implementing the anti-corruption policy. Its creation is provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" and the State Anti-Corruption Program for 2023-2025.
