ARMA was represented at the meeting by the Head of the Agency Olena Duma and the Head of the Asset Finding and Tracing Department Vitalii Chubaievskyi, the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine by Volodymyr Zhuravel, President of the NALS, and Oleksandr Bandurka, First Vice President of the NALS.

ARMA's unique experience provides impetus for improving Ukraine's legislative framework, including the development and amendment of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes", and improvement of the Law of Ukraine "On Virtual Assets".

Olena Duma noted that both sides have valuable practical experience, so it is necessary to interpret this unique experience into joint legislative initiatives.
