Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) continues the process ofrecruiting for vacant positions.

In 2025, this became possible with the approval of the Law on the State Budget, which was also a requirement of the Accounting Chamber's report.

Now, following the recommendations of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine ongradual staffing, the National Agency announces the selection for 10 currentvacancies of categories “Б” and “В”.

In particular, the following vacancies are open:

In the Asset Management Department (department for organizing and conductingcompetitive selections) - Head of the department and two chief specialists.

The Legal Support Department needs a chief specialist to organize contractual work.

The Asset Management Performance Monitoring Department has four vacancies forchief specialists.

The agency is also looking for a chief specialist in the Customs PaymentsDepartment of the Accounting and Financial and Economic Support Department, aswell as the head of the Internal Audit Department.

It is worth noting that ARMA's current employees have already undergone a voluntary certification. The testing was conducted with the support of the NationalAgency of Ukraine on Civil Service (NACS) at the Higher School of PublicAdministration. Therefore, the same questions will be asked of candidates for vacantpositions.

Candidate requirements: higher legal/economic education, perfect command ofthe state language, ability to work with large amounts of information, work withregisters, practical experience in the relevant authorities (work in lawenforcement and government agencies), knowledge of a foreign language will bean advantage. For category B, at least two years of experience in managementpositions at enterprises, institutions, and organizations is required.
