The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) announces tenders for the selection of an appraiser and a manager (collection of market offers) for the assets of the «Betonbud» plant, which have been additionally seized by law enforcement agencies.

The assets in question include modern equipment for the production of concrete and other building mixtures, a hangar for storing bulk materials, as well as warehouse and office space.

In September of this year, the Lychakiv District Court of Lviv transferred additional movable and immovable property of LLC «Betonbud» to the ARMA. The assets include two concrete units, a concrete mortar unit, a mobile metal mixer, a non-residential building (laboratory), and an office building. In addition, the following were transferred to the management: a wagon scale, a hangar for bulk materials, a mobile metal structure, a fence; a cement transshipment platform, a water supply system, an electricity supply system, and a part of an open metal warehouse with a siding.

The equipment complex has significant production capacity for the production of building mixtures and has held a significant position in the construction materials market in Lviv region.

In July of this year, ARMA already announced relevant tenders for a part of LLC«Betonbud» and other assets of the traitor.

All interested parties who meet the qualification requirements can take part in the selection. Foreign businesses can also participate in the selection of the asset manager. After conducting market consultations, establishing criteria and qualification requirements, ARMA will publish the asset on Prozorro.
