ARMA has concluded a management agreement for part of the non-residential premises of LLC «Maidan Plaza», located in the center of Kyiv at 27 B KhreshchatykStreet, with a total area of 535 square meters. These premises were transferred to the management of LLC «Envil», which won an open tender held through the Prozorrosystem.

According to the terms of the signed agreement, the property is transferred for management for 4 years. The manager is obliged to pay 99.85% of the income received from property management to the state budget on a monthly basis. The agreement also specifies a fixed guaranteed payment that the manager must pay in case of low management income.
