This became possible due to the receipt of a court decision by ARMA, which canceled the seizure of funds that had previously been transferred to the Agency for the search and management of assets.

Based on the result of consideration of the legal owner's application, ARMA made a decision to return the funds. The payments amounted to 1,832,857.46 hryvnias, where 205,225.26 hryvnias is the amount of interest accrued by the bank. In this way, the Agency provides the legal owner not only with the preservation of his funds, but also with an increase in their effective value. 

It is worth noting that the actual return of funds is carried out within three days, subject to the presence of a court decision in the Unified state register of court decisions, which has entered into force and the provision of a full package of documents confirming the legal owner of the funds.
