According to Article 20 of the special law on ARMA, upon removal of seizure from the asset by a court decision, ARMA returns funds to the owner with accrued interest. Therefore, the Asset Agency for Search and Management (ARMA) returned 243.9 million UAH of seized funds of LLC "AEROK".

ARMA following a court order, seized 196 million UAH from the accounts of LLC "AEROK", the beneficial owners of which were connected to the aggressor state. It is worth noting that the amount of accrued interest during the period of ARMA's management of the seized funds of AEROK LLC amounted to more than 47 million UAH.

As a reminder, on October 10, 2023, the decision of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine (SAC) to satisfy the Ministry of Justice's claim regarding the recovery of 100% of the authorized capital of LLC "AEROK" from the state income entered into force. After that, measures were taken to nationalize the enterprise, change its management, and cancel seizures of funds in connection with the company's transition into state ownership.

It is expected that the returned funds will be directed to the restoration of the enterprise's economic activity, payment of wages to employees and payment of taxes.

Let us emphasize that the "AEROK" case is an example of effective management of seized assets by the National Agency.
