This decision was made following a meeting of the Tender Commission for the Sale of Seized Assets.

Earlier, according to the decision of the investigating judge of the Kyiv District Court of Odesa, trucks of the brands «SCANIA», «VOLVO», «MAN», and «MERCEDES-BENZ» were transferred to the Asset Recovery and Management Agency for sale. The transfer of the asset for sale was the result of coordination consultations between the Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office and the ARMA Southern MDT on planning the seizure and involving ARMA representatives in the court proceedings.

These vehicles were used for illegal transportation of cargo to the customs territory of Ukraine from the Republic of Belarus, which led to their seizure in the framework of the initiated criminal proceedings.

Currently, the vehicles have been inspected by ARMA officers and the process of their sale has begun with the announcement of a tender to select a bidding organizer. Upon completion of the evaluation procedures, the asset will be put up for sale through the electronic system Prozorro.Prodazhi.

As a reminder, today ARMA also announced a tender for the sale of the seized Russian tanker Nika Spirit.
