ARMA traces assets of collaborators who stole property in Kherson region

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) continues to perform its work effectively, identifying and tracing the assets of individuals involved in subversive activities against Ukraine.

Pursuant to a request from the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, ARMA conducted a number of activities to identify and trace the assets of Ukrainian citizens who, taking advantage of the period of temporary occupation of Kherson region, colluded with the russian occupiers and stole property from local enterprises.

Vitalii Chubaievskyi, Director of the Department for Finding, Tracing and Management of Financial and Other Assets, emphasized: “Thanks to the hard work of the ARMA officers, a significant amount of assets of the suspects was identified and traced. Currently, all the collected information has been transferred to the pre-trial investigation body for seizure of property.”

According to him, the following assets were found

  • Real estate: 8 residential real estate objects, 2 non-residential real estate objects and 5 land plots.
  • Vehicles: 4 cars.
  • Valuables: 4 weapons.
  • Financial assets: Shares in authorized capital in the amount of UAH 346,834.

The information received has already been transferred to the pre-trial investigation body for taking the necessary measures, including seizure of the identified assets.
