The criminals illegally sold 350 vehicles that were imported to Ukraine disguised as humanitarian aid.
ARMA at the request of a law enforcement agency, traced the property of the charity's officials suspected of illegal sale of vehicles.
The pre-trial investigation established that citizens of Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova, during the period of martial law imposed on the territory of Ukraine, with a single criminal intent aimed at illegal profit, illegally sold humanitarian aid, namely vehicles imported into the territory of Ukraine, through a specially created charitable foundation.
"Employees of the Asset Finding and Tracing Department found more than 350 vehicles registered to a charitable foundation. It is known that the persons involved in the criminal proceedings sold the cars in Vinnytsia region through special trading platforms. ARMA specialists also found the offenders' property: 1 residential property, 1 land plot, shares in the authorized capital of enterprises where mentioned persons are founders," said Pavlo Velykorechanin, Deputy Head of ARMA.
The Agency has already sent the obtained data to law enforcement agencies for taking appropriate measures.
