The Asset Recovery and Management Agency's (ARMA) communications team has received an award from the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) for its active participation in the implementation of information campaigns in the field of corruption prevention.
The awarding ceremony took place during the forum “Synergy of Anti-Corruption Communications: 2024 Results, Challenges and Plans for the Next Year”, which brought together journalists, experts, civil society representatives and government communicators. ARMA was represented at the event by the Head of the Communications Department Yuliia Kvitko and Advisor to the Head of ARMA Andrii Pozniak.
The award confirms systemic changes in ARMA's work. The Agency has introduced new transparent mechanisms for working with assets - from finding managers through Prozorro to selling seized property on Prozorro.Sale. In parallel, ARMA has transformed its communication approach, making it as open as possible to the public and the media. This synergy of operational and communication changes strengthens public trust in the Agency's work.
The effectiveness of ARMA's new approaches is confirmed by the daily work of the Agency's team to ensure that recovered corrupt assets work effectively for the state. Billions of dollars in revenues from the management of these assets replenish the state budget and strengthen Ukraine's defense capabilities.
