The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has published a tender on Prozorro for the search for a manager of PJSC Mykolaiv Agrarian Company, which is actually located in Odesa region. The asset was transferred to ARMA's management by a decision of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv and later valued by an appraiser at almost 128 million UAH.

Mykolaiv Agricultural Company (MAC) is a Ukrainian agricultural producer. The company specializes in crop production. The company's main products are wheat, barley, rapeseed, and sunflower seeds. The company holds passports for the production and sale of original (elite) and reproductive seeds and sowing material of grain crops.

MAC is a full-fledged agro-industrial entity with the necessary and developed infrastructure. The company leases agricultural land (arable land) in southern Ukraine under long-term land lease agreements with its owners. The land leased by the company is located in Snihurivskyi district of Mykolaiv region and Berezivskyi district of Odesa region. The leased land area is about 8 thousand hectares of arable land.

The company owns fixed assets that allow it to realize the full cycle of agricultural crop production, including long-term storage in warehouses.

An effective manager will be able to create jobs for the local population and contribute to the strengthening of the agricultural sector of Ukraine by developing the company's capacities.
