There was a working meeting of ARMA led by the Head of the National Agency Olena Duma and the management of JSC "Chornomornaftogaz", which is the Manager of 26 regional gas plants that previously belonged to Dmytro Firtash.

We will remind that ARMA received letters of guarantee for the payment of 800 million UAH for previous periods. In 2024, JSC "Chornomornaftogaz" has already paid over 172 million hryvnias to the State Budget of Ukraine based on the results of gas distribution network operators' activities in 2021-2022. At the same time, the manager ensured the stable operation of critical infrastructure facilities during wartime.

Also, the Manager successfully ensured the protection of the rights and interests of the state in legal disputes with the owners of seized shares, by which more than a hundred lawsuits were filed in various courts related to the manager's activities.

At the same time, ARMA and Chornomornaftogaz JSC are waiting for a concentration permit from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. The manager, together with the National Agency, has repeatedly provided a number of additions and clarifications to the requirements of the AMCU. The joint application was submitted to the AMCU on February 8, 2024.

Based on the results of the meeting between the parties to the Management Agreement, an agreement was reached regarding amendments to the Management Agreement. The legal basis for the changes is the Government order and the court decision on the seizure and transfer of assets to ARMA, including the establishment of a minimum guarantee payment. So, the Manager, who operates in the system of GC "Naftogaz Ukraina", has repeatedly confirmed his attitude regarding the support of the state budget of Ukraine.

"Our only goal is to ensure effective asset management and timely budget receipts from such management. Arrested assets should work for the State, and in the conditions of martial law, the money from their management should strengthen our army," said ARMA Head Olena Duma .
