This was announced today, May 6, by Head of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency Olena Duma.
She noted that the first step in transferring the russian petrol station chain to the management of a state-owned company is to obtain a merger clearance.
Upon consideration of the application and receipt of the relevant permission, PJSC Ukrnafta will have the legal basis to manage the network of TATNEFT-PS-Ukraine LLC.
The application to the AMCU was preceded by the receipt of all necessary documents from the State Tax Service. Among other things, the parties objectively evaluate the condition of the gas stations based on the results of the inspection, which will be reflected in the management agreement with the relevant indicators of budget revenues and necessary expenses for those gas stations that are in unsatisfactory condition.
"After signing the agreement, Ukrnafta is committed to improve the efficiency of the gas stations, which will increase the state budget revenues and ensure the safety of the assets. ARMA, for its part, will monitor the effectiveness of the management of these assets," said Olena Duma.
As a reminder, on the initiative of ARMA, the Government issued a decree transferring the russian chain of gas stations to the management of a state-owned company.
