The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has completed a voluntary professional certification of its employees for knowledge of special legislation in preparation for the implementation of the Ukraine Facility Plan. The test was held with the support of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service (NACS) at the Higher School of Public Administration.
According to the results of the test, which took place on December 16, 18 and 20, the majority of participants - 69.2% - showed high results, receiving from 30 to 39 points. The highest level of knowledge was demonstrated by 13.5% of employees who scored the maximum 40 points. All other participants also successfully passed the passing mark, which demonstrates the high level of professional training of ARMA staff.
“Conducting an open assessment is an important step in ensuring the transparency of ARMA's work and demonstrating the readiness of our employees for continuous professional development. We plan to conduct the second part of this assessment early next year, so that employees who were unable to pass the assessment this time will have the opportunity to do so in the near future. Such a comprehensive approach to knowledge assessment demonstrates the Agency's commitment to meeting the highest standards of integrity and professionalism,” said the Head of ARMA, Olena Duma.
The successful completion of the assessment by ARMA employees has become a good example of the implementation of best practices in professional development for other central executive authorities. The Agency continues to strengthen its institutional capacity, which is a key factor for the effective implementation of the Ukraine Facility Plan.
On December 16, the Head of ARMA, Olena Duma, together with the Head of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service (NACS), Nataliia Aliushyna, inaugurated the first day of testing for ARMA employees.
