The Agency proved once again the legitimacy of its actions against the gas station chain of collaborator Viktor Medvedchuk in courts.
In March, Commercial Court of Kyiv City issued a court ruling confirming the legitimacy of ARMA's actions to unilaterally terminate the corporate rights and property management agreement with Naftogaz Oil Trading LLC due to improper management of assets (Glusco gas station chain).
As a reminder, Viktor Medvedchuk's seized property was managed by Naftogaz Oil Trading, which took over the management of petrol stations and real estate on May 13, 2022 under a special procedure.
After an inspection in 2023, the National Agency stated that the management of Glusco assets was ineffective and appealed to the Cabinet of Ministers to change the manager. On 12 September 2023, the Cabinet of Ministers approved ARMA's proposal to transfer Medvedchuk's assets to PJSC "Ukrnafta" under a special procedure.
