During an on-site inspection of the seized assets of JSC “Dniprovazhmash” in Dnipro, ARMA staff discovered that company officials continue to illegally use the asset.

JSC “Dniprovazhmash” is one of Ukraine’s largest enterprises specializing in the production of heavy engineering equipment. Its output includes machinery for metallurgical plants, pipelines, subways, and the mining industry.

According to the investigation, individuals involved in the criminal proceedings were transferring the company’s equipment and machinery to russia for use in its military-industrial complex and other sectors of the aggressor state’s economy. Such actions are qualified under Article 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine as aiding the aggressor state.

As part of the ongoing criminal proceedings, led by the Security Service of Ukraine under the procedural guidance of the Prosecutor General’s Office, the assets of JSC Dniprovazhmash” (87.1017% of shares, industrial equipment, and real estate) were seized and, by ruling of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv, transferred to ARMA for management.

To assess the actual and technical condition of the company’s assets, document their characteristics, and verify storage conditions, representatives of ARMA’s central office and the South-Eastern Interregional Territorial Office, headed by Deputy Head Stanislav Petrov, carried out an on-site inspection of the plant.

During the inspection, ARMA officials established that company representatives connected to the suspects continue to unlawfully exploit the assets, including for the purpose of misappropriating machinery, equipment, and other property of JSC DniprovazhMash”.

The unlawful actions were documented by ARMA, and the information was forwarded to law enforcement authorities for appropriate response.

“ARMA will further take all necessary measures to conduct an evaluation and identify a manager for the asset to ensure its preservation and generate revenues for Ukraine’s state budget. Assets of the aggressor must work for the state,” emphasized ARMA Deputy Head Stanislav Petrov.
