Revenues to the state budget from Firtash's regional gas companies from the management of State Joint Stock Company “Chornomornaftogaz” for 2024 have already amounted to UAH 63.6 million out of the guaranteed UAH 226 million from the distribution of dividends for 2022.

The members of IWG of ARMA and SSU discussed problematic issues that need to be resolved. In particular, the expediency of unblocking 15 million paid funds due to the license termination of a depository institution based on a decision of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.

In order to ensure effective management and redistribution of profits, IWG of ARMA and SSU decided to apply for approval of the relevant National Securities and Stock Market Commission decisions

It is worth noting that the redistribution of dividends for 2023 is expected to generate over UAH 600 million.
