Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) continues to actively announcenew competitions for the selection of managers. This time, Prozorro has published announcements for an oil depot in Vinnytsia region and a sanatorium in Odesa.

Both seized assets were transferred to ARMA's management by the rulings of the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv.

The oil depot in Vinnytsia region includes a complex of real estate with tanks, a pipeline, a ground refueling station, a four-arm fuel dispenser and a MAZ truck. Under martial law, such facilities are of strategic importance for ensuring energy security and uninterrupted fuel supply.

A tender has also been announced for the manager of the Medical Rehabilitation Center of the Gorky Clinical Sanatorium in Odesa. The sanatorium has many years of experience in providing health resort treatment and rehabilitation and is located in the city's resort area. In addition, there are three mineral water wells on the territory of thesanatorium.

ARMA is currently managing sanatorium and resort facilities. To ensure efficient use of these facilities, the Agency has developed draft law No. 11009. The document provides for the possibility of transferring such seized assets for the rehabilitation of Ukrainian military and war veterans.
