"Ukrnafta" receives the seized corporate rights, real estate in the form of gas stations, land plots, oil depots and other assets.

The company will be able to fully ensure the stability of the Glusco network and related infrastructure, as well as its development, which will enable it to fulfil the orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the management agreement with ARMA.

In the interests of the state, ARMA and Ukrnafta have determined and amended the terms of the agreement.

From 85 % of net profit, increase by 90 % which should be transferred to the state
(10 % will be received by Ukrnafta as management fee).

The minimum monthly guarantee payment regardless of profit was increased from UAH 5 million to UAH 7 million.
