According to the decision of the district court of Zaporizhzhia, the employees of the South-Eastern interregional territorial administration of ARMA accepted seized funds for a total amount of more than UAH 30 million. The Asset Recovery and Management Agency is already taking steps to credit the received funds to its deposit account.

The assets were seized and recognized as material evidence within the scope of the pre-trial investigation in the case of falsification of the conclusions of the Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEC) in the establishment of disability groups.

It is about:

• 6 million UAH;
• 690 thousand US dollars;
• 5 thousand euros.

In the future, ARMA plans to use these funds to purchase Military Bonds. This will contribute to strengthening Ukraine's defense capability and filling the state budget.
