Today, June 24 the Head of the Asset Rocovery and Management Agency, Olena Duma, on the occasion of the State Service Day, awarded ARMA employees with departmental awards for conscientious performance of official duties and special merits in matters related to ensuring the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of detection , search and management of assets obtained from corruption and other crimes.
For the first time since the creation of ARMA, its employees were awarded departmental incentive awards. In March of this year, the President signed Decree
№ 157/24, which approved the emblem and flag of the National Agency and the procedure for their use. Already in May, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine registered a departmental order regulating the procedure for awarding ARMA departmental incentive awards. In particular, 29 employees received them today, including 6 employees of ARMA interregional territorial offices.
According to the Head of ARMA, today's conditions, such awards remain one of the few motivational tools for highly qualified ARMA personnel, because among them are lawyers, economists, IT specialists who understand the issues of managing seized property and its search both in Ukraine and abroad boundaries.
"Despite the challenges faced by the Agency, I am grateful to those employees who continue to work selflessly for the good of the state. At the same time, my team and I understand the need to create better working conditions in order to retain highly professional personnel in the civil service, as well as to attract new specialists who are able to effectively perform the extremely difficult tasks facing ARMA today," Olena Duma emphasized.
She added that without such a team of professionals, ARMA would not be where it is now.
"We were able to do a lot during the year. More is coming. I am grateful for the personal contribution of each of you to the development of our Agency and improving the efficiency of its work," said the Head of the National Agency, addressing the agency's employees.
