On the Day of the National Flag and on the occasion of the Independence Day of Ukraine, seven employees of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) were awarded honorary awards by the Cabinet of Ministers and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The Head of ARMA, Olena Duma, also awarded 41 employees of the central office and territorial departments with incentive awards of the National Agency for conscientious performance of official duties and special merits in the field of ensuring the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of detection, tracing and management of assets derived from corruption and other crimes.
Representatives of ARMA's territorial offices were also present at the award ceremony, which was held online.
Olena Duma thanked everyone for their personal contribution to the formation of the modern ARMA and the development of its effectiveness for the benefit of Ukraine: “Your work on complex cases, commitment to transparency and efficiency are extremely important for our country. Each of your victories is a step forward in the fight against corruption and restoration of justice. Together today we are forming a new model of the anti-corruption agency, which is becoming more powerful every day thanks to each of you. I congratulate everyone on the holiday and thank you for your work!”
