Private house with a cinema, apartments and land plots in Kyiv region: ARMA announces tenders for seized property of oligarch Fuks

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) announces competitions to select appraisers and managers for the seized assets of businessman Pavlo Fuks. Earlier, the assets were seized and transferred to ARMA's management by a ruling of the Halytskyi District Court of Lviv.

The property includes an elite residential building and six land plots on the banks of the Dnipro River in Kozyn village, Obukhiv district, Kyiv region. Also, corporate rights of companies owned by Fuks: LLC “KUA ‘EF CI Partners’ (100%), JSC ‘ZNVKIF ’KYIVSKYI” (100%) and “INTERSTROY GROUP” (62%).

The private house has expensive and high-quality furniture, household appliances, a cinema, a gym and a massage salon. The land plots are located on the banks of the Dnipro River among elite private buildings and can be used for various purposes: from farming and gardening to construction.

Anyone, except representatives of the aggressor state, can take part in competitions to select an appraiser and a manager of these assets. After an independent appraisal of each of these assets and the selection of managers, this property will start working for the benefit of the state, bringing significant funds to the State Budget of Ukraine.
