Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has received an official appraisal report on the Gulliver shopping center (Tri O LLC), which was transferred to the Agency's management by a court decision.

The appraiser, PE "Business Consulting", which was selected through a transparent tender, provided the National Agency with the appraisal report and the Review of the Report dated October 9, 2024.

According to the valuation, the value of the Gulliver shopping center is 7.6 billion UAH. After processing and summarizing all the information and preparing the tender documents, ARMA will announce a tender for the selection of the manager of the Gulliver shopping center. Everyone will be able to participate and compete for the opportunity to manage one of the largest shopping centers in the capital.

In addition, the winner of the tender for the appraiser of 17,799 railcars has already been selected. It was LLC "KK"UVECON" Management Company.

We are awaiting the results of the appraisal of 494 land plots of the" Borzhava" ski resort (Zakarpattia region). This is the first precedent for land sales with the consent of the owner.
