The Agency constantly monitors the efficiency of asset management.

Thus, for the periods of 2023 - 2024, inspections of the Residential Complex Vozdvizhenka manager revealed the following:

-  a number of violations in four of the seven management agreements, which the Agency proposed to the manager to remedy voluntarily;

-  in March 2024, four orders to eliminate law violations were drawn up and sent to the manager, which have now been partially done;

-  Revealed a systematic continuation of similar violations by the manager identified during the on-site inspection;

-  based on the results of the control measure, the conclusion of the Asset Management Efficiency Monitoring Commission deemed as improper the management of assets under the management agreement No. 661 dated 12.06.202, according to which 126 real estate objects are managed.

As a result of the recognition of improper asset management, in accordance with Article 22 of the Law on ARMA, measures were taken to change the manager of the relevant assets.

ARMA will ensure continuity of asset management and prevent budget losses.

The assets received into management will continue to be used by the entities that lease these assets, if they pay the lease payments in full and at market prices.

ARMA continues control measures within its powers.
