The Assets Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) continues to provide the maximum benefit to the state due to the implementation and effective management of the property of state traitor viktor medvedchuk. ARMA announces tenders for the selection of appraisers and managers for three plants in the Lviv region and in the capital, a sports base in the Kyiv region, three apartments and a residential building in Kyiv that belonged to a state traitor.

Competitions have already been announced on the website of the National Agency for:

• Sports base "Zhovten" in the Obukhiv district of the Kyiv region.

It is located in an ecologically clean forest area, next to the river. It has a special place for parking a yacht.

• Brick factory "Kerambud" in Lviv.

One of the most powerful brick manufacturers in western Ukraine, which is equipped with high-tech, fully automated, modern German equipment.

• The well-known concrete producer "Betonbud" and the construction company "Capital Plaza" in the Lviv region.
• Three apartments in the Obolonsky district of Kyiv and a private house overlooking the Obolonsk embankment.

Anyone, except representatives of the aggressor state, can participate in competitions for the selection of an appraiser and a manager of these assets. After an independent assessment of each of these assets and the selection of managers, this property will begin to work for the benefit of the state, bringing significant funds to the State budget of Ukraine.

Other seized assets of the traitor, which were transferred to ARMA, are already benefiting the state. In particular, thanks to the effective management by the National Agency of the oil product pipeline "Samara-Zakhidnyy napryamok", the state budget received more than 25 million UAH. And the Glusco gas station transferred to the management of ARMA in 8 months of 2024 provided revenue of more than 50 million UAH. Also, ARMA has already sold viktor medvedchuk's motor vehicles for almost 3 million UAH. The national agency has already received an independent assessment of 20 collectible viktor medvedchuk wristwatches. The watches, valued at UAH 10.6 million, will soon be sold through an online auction. The agency is also waiting for the result of the evaluation of 136 paintings of the traitor in the near future. 

In addition, the National Agency has already announced tenders for other equally significant assets of other owners that are not related to medvedchuk, in particular:

• International Center of Culture and Arts "«Zhovtnevyy palats»" in the center of Kyiv.
• Building of Trade Unions, with a total area of ​​13,892.2 square meters on Maidan Nezalezhnosti in Kyiv.
• Medical and rehabilitation center of the clinical sanatorium named after Gorkоgo in Odessa

The ARMA team constantly conducts inventory, inspections, and ensures independent assessment of assets, so that successfully implemented or transferred assets bring maximum benefit to the State.
