On November 15, 2018, the Forum on the Management of Seized Assets -  FORMA organized by ARMA and the EU Anticorruption Initiative will be held at Premier Palace Hotel. The purpose of the forum is to establish a dialogue between ARMA and business community, create a kind of platform for an open discussion of the benefits and features of cooperation on management of seized assets and the formation of a market for management of seized assets in Ukraine.

The forum will focus on the key issues of cooperation between ARMA and business, trends in the management of seized assets, tools for effective interaction between business and the state, procedures for transferring seized assets into management, the specifics of managing certain types of seized assets, international experience.

The Forum will be useful primarily for companies that are interested in management of seized assets or considering such possibility in the future, and also want to get more information about the benefits and features of managing seized assets. Also, the FORMA will be interesting for representatives of state authorities and public organizations, who wants to learn more about the specifics of ARMA’s activities.
