The agency is ready to breathe new life into the "Ermolino" plant: the search for a manager has begun

30-07-2024

By decision of the Shevchenkiv District Court of the Kyiv city, the complex for the production of frozen semi-finished meat products was transferred to the management of ARMA. The complex with a total area of 4,654.8 square meters is located in the Dnipropetrovsk region and has significant potential for development and employment for up to a thousand citizens.

Why this asset so important?

  • ARMA has already been provided with an assessment of the Complex, which amounts to more than 558 million hryvnias. The company has a production license and is engaged in distribution.
  • The plant, which is strategic for the region, can become operational as soon as it receives a manager. It has expensive and functional German and Italian equipment;
  • We will ensure the food security of the region
  • We will create up to a thousand jobs.
  • The full launch of production will satisfy market needs and fill local and state budgets due to effective management.
  • Restoring the stability of the region and improving the social status of the local population.

On July 25, 2024, as part of a working trip to the Dnipropetrovsk region, Deputy Head of ARMA Grigol Katamadze inspected this asset.

The inspection found that the complex remains in a satisfactory condition, and the full launch of the plant's capacities will provide jobs for more than a thousand residents of the region. An effective manager will be able to provide the region with food products and up to a thousand jobs, and the state with stable revenues to the budget.

However, the warehouse stores about 300 tons of expired products and raw materials that need to be disposed of. The production of the plant is not subject to arrest, but since it is stored on the territory of the plant, the Agency systematically approaches the issue of asset management. Therefore, based on the results of the trip, the National Agency prepared letters addressed to the pre-trial investigation body and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine regarding the disposal of spoiled products, since failure to take such measures threatens the ecological situation in the region. This does not stop the manager selection process, but shows that ARMA is doing everything to increase the investment attractiveness of such assets.

ARMA will soon announce a competition for the election of a manager. ARMA invites all interested parties to participate in the Competition and compete for the opportunity to develop the plant's capacity, thereby strengthening the economy of Ukraine.
