The Court of Appeal of the city of Kyiv, on 16 of July, 2018, left without satisfaction the complaint of LLC "Odesa International Airport" and LLC "Odesa Airport Development" concerning cancellation of seizure of communal property of the Odesa International Airport.

Real estate and corporate rights worth a total of more than 2 billion UAH seized during the investigation of the corruption scheme on the alienation of communal property of the Odesa International Airport were transferred into management of the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA).

Let us remind that on March, 29, 2018, the Solomyansky District Court of Kyiv issued a rulling on the transfer of the real estate property (with a total area of over 65 thousand square meters) of the Odesa International Airport and 75% of the shares of the company which owns it (LLC "Odesa International Airport") into management of ARMA. During the following months, LLC "Odesa International Airport" and LLC "Odesa Airport Development" unsuccessfully tried to cancel the seizure of these assets.
