In accordance with approved open procedures, the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has announced tenders for the search for an appraiser and manager of 53.1 hectares of land in Kyiv, which were owned by affiliated brothers viktor medvedchuk and taras kozak through proxies. By a ruling of the Pechersk District Court, these assets were transferred to the National Agency.
In particular, the court ruling
- property was seized with a ban on the right to alienate, dispose of and use land plots used/leased by LLC "Academ Club", PE "Orest", PE "Firma Victoria", and land plots owned by LLC "Academy Club", which medvedchuk and kozak took possession of through proxies.
- the corporate rights of PE Orest, LLC Akadem-Klub, PE Firm Victoria, LLC Osokorky-7 were transferred to ARMA.
- The land plots in question were transferred to ARMA for management activities.
ARMA officials conducted an inspection of the asset and issued relevant reports.
The land plots with a total area of 53.1 hectares are located in the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv. The land plots are partially built up with country houses. A significant part of the assets have access to the Dnipro River and are represented by flat terrain, which makes the asset attractive for a potential manager.
The deadline for submission of documents for participation in the competitive selection of appraisers will be 15:00 on September 17, 2024. The deadline for receiving preliminary proposals from potential managers will be 15:00 on October 03, 2024.
