According to the results of the meeting of the Commission on conducting a competition for the selection of subjects of evaluation activities, the Assets Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) announced a competition for the selection of appraisers of the shopping center "Gulliver".
Acceptance of documents for demonstrative evaluators will continue until 15:00 on August 12, 2024.

At the same time, the systematic work of reviewing the assets of ARMA employees continues. The agency has already created a working group, which includes employees of the central apparatus and the Central Interregional Territorial Administration of ARMA (Kyiv).
Taking into account the fact that by the decision of the Shevchenkiv District Court of Kyiv city, a shopping and office center with public facilities and a parking lot, the total area of which is 151,805.3 m², was transferred to the National Agency, a thorough and high-quality inspection of such an object requires long-term work. So far, the three lower surfaces of the parking lot and the shopping center have been inspected.
Today, July 29, ARMA of the community with the National Police of Ukraine inspected the office premises.
National Agency reached a full understanding of the execution of the court order and conducted an asset inspection without any obstacles. ARMA thanks for the systematic work and full understanding of the procedure for the execution of court decisions by the Agency.
ARMA has received the decision of the Shevchenkiv District Court of Kyiv city dated June 3, 2024 and the decision of the Kyiv Court of Appeals dated June 25, 2024. With these decisions, the request of the prosecutor of the OGP to transfer the property to the ARMA administration according to the list, which according to its characteristics is immovable property (non-residential premises), was satisfied.
