The signing took place today, May 14. Earlier, the Draft Law under registration number 10397 was supported by a total of 299 MPs. 

"From now on, the National Agency will significantly expand its capabilities in filling the state budget - the seized foreign currency funds of collaborators and traitors will be used for Ukraine's defence capability," said Olena Duma, Head of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency.

As a reminder, ARMA is the only central executive body of Ukraine authorised to purchase military bonds, and from now on, using foreign currency.
