On January 28, the procedure for the actual transfer of seized real estate from ARMA to the manager represented by the LLC “Security Company “Titan Security” on the basis of a previously concluded property (asset) management agreement took place.

According to Vitaliy Riznyk, Head of the Asset Management Department of ARMA, the object of management in this case is office and warehouse real estate located in the city of Kyiv, Smolenska street, with a total area of more than 18000 square meters. The seized asset was transferred into the management of ARMA on the basis of the decision of investigating judge of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv dated December 11, 2018 in case № 757/61413/18-k.

The task of the manager is to secure this asset and preserve its economic value, as well as to ensure the transfer of revenues to the State budget from the gainful management of this asset in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

It should be reminded that in accordance with Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "On the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes", immovable property is managed by ARMA by means of sale or transfer of them under the agreement into management of the manager - a legal entity, determined on a competitive basis in accordance with the procedure provided for by the law on state (public) procurement.
