October 26, the act of acceptance-transfer of the Congress and Exhibition Center “Parkovy” in the actual management of the managing company was signed with the participation of the Head of ARMA Asset Management Department V. Riznyk, the prosecutor of procedural control division of the Prosecutor's Office of Kyiv City O. Zhyla, First Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration M. Povoroznyk and director of municipal enterprise “CENTER OF ORGANIZATION OF ROAD TRAFFIC” V. Chernii.
Head of the Asset Management Department of ARMA, Vitalii Riznyk, noted that in August, on the basis of the ruling of the investigating judge of the Holosiivsky district court of the city of Kyiv, the seized assets in the form of immovable property and land plots - CEC “Parkovy” were transferred into management of ARMA. In September, a competitive selection was announced, in which four legal entities took part. According to the results of the selection, on October 11, the tender committee of ARMA selected municipal enterprise “CENTER OF ORGANIZATION OF ROAD TRAFFIC”, which was formed in accordance with the decision of the Kyiv City Council, as the manager of seized assets.
“I am convinced that the city will show itself as an effective manager and will ensure both the preservation of the object and the budget revenues from its use. We are not going to cancel scheduled events at the CEC “Parkovy”. We will change the negative image of this object, hold citywide events and make the object open to the public. That is, there will be both an economic and a social component in the management” said the First Deputy Chairman of the KCSA Mykola Povoroznyk.
According to Vitalii Riznyk, the task of the manager is to preserve the economic value of this asset and transfer revenue from management to the State budget in accordance with the terms of the contract.
